This is caused by Windows Search / Indexing that times out waiting for old or stale network resources. To resolve this you can delete the cache files:
%AppData%MicrosoftWindowsRecentAutomaticDestinations
Delete all *.automaticDestinations-ms in that folder and the issue should be resolved.
