Windows 8: Error!

Received the following error when installing a program:

Error! This program has been damaged, possibly by a bad sector of the hard drive or a virus. Please reinstall it.

I got around this by running the installer as Administrator and it didn’t give me the error again.  Not sure what is going on there.
