Seems that AliExpress is having a Samsung Galaxy S3 for $99 go up for sale (only 5) in about 11.5 hours. Not sure I can trust this, but for $150 (with shipping) I can at least replace the broken screen on the current Galaxy S3 I have that just broke today.
