Calculate Windows Pagefile Size

This is just a resource for me.  Tons of posts involving this topic.  I hope to get these cleaned up and put into a nice table or something in the future, but I just need to dump these here for my reference immediately.

How to determine the appropriate page file size for 64-bit versions of Windows Server 2008 and or Windows 2008 R2.  This one seems strangely written.  Not like Microsoft anyway with the writing style;  a lot of w/o and typos.
