There are a few tools and various scripts to add your photo to your Active Directory user account out there. I came across a nice, small, tool that does the job quite well. It’s free and if you want the ability to do bulk updates, you’ll need to purchase a license.
The tool is called AD Photo Edit from CJWdev.
