Windows update is causing an issue with Dymo Label printer from March 9, 2021 update, specifically KB5000802.

Workaround

  1. Per Dymo, install Dymo 8.5.4 older version.
We are sorry to inform you that at the moment we are experiencing some issues with printing from our latest versions of DYMO Software on Windows 10 computers. As the issue is caused by the latest Windows update, please download DYMO Label Software v.8.5.4. Please make sure that the current version of the software is uninstalled first.

Please be informed that DYMO Label Software v.8.5.4 might not open labels created in newer versions of DYMO Label Software or DYMO Connect. Additionally, version 8.5.4 is not compatible with the LabelWriter Wireless printer.

Thank you for your understanding and our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused.
