How to Install Active Directory Management Tools on Windows 7

[stextbox id=info]Note:
Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 7 with SP1 can be installed ONLY on computers that are running the Enterprise, Professional, or Ultimate editions of Windows 7 or Windows 7 with SP1.[/stextbox]
I like to manage as much as possible from my workstation.  One thing I am constantly working with is ActiveDirectory.  Windows 7 does not have this feature natively, so you must download and install it then enable the feature.

Download RSAT for Windows 7

Step 1: Download Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 (SP1)

Install RSAT (Download from Step 1)

Please install RSAT from Step 1

Enable Feature AD DS and AD LDS Tools

Here you will enable specific features of AD DS and AD LDS tools.

After features installed, look in Start -> Programs -> Administrative Tools for the newly installed RSAT tools.

Active Directory Windows 7 SP1: Installed the basic modules KB975541 & KB958830 (32 bit). Then I went to the control panel->Programs->Turn Windows features on & off-> After a wait, it showed the options, but no such thing as Remote Server Administration Tools was shown.
    Does anyone have the solution?

      Hi Paul,
Is your system Windows 7 Professional, Enterprise or Ultimate? This will install only on those releases.
      Regards,
